Consent Agenda

Approved consent agenda including receiving an update of the 2016 policy priority planning and setting a hearing to consider modifying the tax increment financing Plan for TIF District 12, the old Ralph Reeder School property

General Ordinances for Adoption

Approved amendments to city code regarding height and setbacks for multifamily residential properties


Met with Roseville Area School Superintendent Aldo Sicoli to receive and update of the school district’s facility planning efforts and its “Partnering for the Future” initiative

Public Hearings

Held a public hearing on the policies for the use of body-worn camera

Business Items Action

Approved a $1,000 fine and one-day suspension from selling liquor to the VFW for selling alcohol to a minor
Approved a $1,000 fine for selling liquor to Total Wine for selling alcohol to a minor
Approved a $2,000 fine and ten-day suspension from selling liquor to Smashburger for selling alcohol to a minor, subject to approving findings at a future council meeting
Tabled consideration of a contract with Eureka Recycling for a comprehensive recycling services
Approved the concept to use sharpshooters to manage the deer population in Roseville

Business Items Presentations

Discussed amending Roseville’s lawful gambling to allow local non-profits to have up to three (up from two) locations to conduct lawful gambling
