8am, Roseville Skating Center: Start Rosefest weekend off with a 5K or 10K run at the 39th annual Roseville Run for the Roses. All participants receive a great t-shirt and all finishers receive a red rose.

Community Theatre: "Lion King"


2pm: Central Park, Frank Rog Amphitheatre
Enjoy this local production by the Roseville Calvary Church featuring aspiring actors of all ages who will sing and dance into your heart.

Great American Backyard Campout©


5pm @ the Harriet Alexander Nature Center (HANC)
Family and group camp out with activities for all ages: outdoor movie, campfire, s'mores and other camp out fun, culminating with a continental breakfast on Sunday morning. Preregistration is required with a nominal fee. Program #1234.213, $18/tent site. Ages 1-100.

This event is put on by the National Wildlife Federation and happens the same day in locations all over the country, to encourage individuals, youth, friends and families to camp out together! Put up your tent and join in the fun at the campfire (see below) or take a guided hike.

Gather 'round the campfire for some cowboy songs, campfire stories and s'mores! Free event!
