The City of Roseville is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist in development of an update of Roseville’s comprehensive plan. Our desired outcome is to update and improve upon this existing plan, which is generally well regarded by City officials and staff.
In addition to updating the content of the current plan, Roseville is eager to consider how public safety (a core purpose of the City) and resiliency planning (as a complement to Roseville's Step 2 status among Minnesota’s GreenStep Cities) can be incorporated into the 2040 Comprehensive Plan. Roseville is also interested in using Metropolitan Council's Thrive MSP 2040 Outcomes (i.e., Stewardship, Prosperity, Equity, Livability, and Sustainability) as lenses for reviewing and updating comprehensive plan goals and policies to improve our community and make a positive contribution to the health of the region.
Proposals are due August 31, 2016, no later than 11:59 PM.
