Gentle yoga allows people to adapt the practice to their body’s needs while also building strength, balance and vitality. During this 60-minute class, we use breath, easeful movement and meditation to align the body, mind and spirit. Ideal for people of all shapes and sizes, including those dealing with chronic conditions, who can comfortably work on the floor. Props to support postures will be provided, but participants should bring their own yoga mat and water bottle.

Join us this summer for Yoga in the Park. Enjoy the beautiful setting of Oasis Park and connect with nature
as you link breath to movement in a vinyasa style flow class suitable for all levels. Bring a yoga mat,
water bottle and arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. Classes will be held outdoors. In the event of rain,
class will be held in the Oasis park building.

Picture yourself surrounded by the beauty of the Arboretum! You will thank yourself for rising early, when
you leave this class infused with a sense of well-being and energy for the rest of your day. Mindful breathing,
yoga postures adapted to individual experience levels, and guided meditation will help build strength, flexibility,
balance, and focus. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. No prior yoga experience necessary. Meet in the
Harriet Alexander Nature Center on rain days.

This class will introduce a series of T'ai Chi walking poses. This set of specially-designed movements helps your steps to become steady over time. It helps to improve your balance and overall health. It is an accessible Mind-Body practice for soothing stress and maximizing physical function. No prior experience required. Participants should wear light, comfortable clothing and shoes.

Ageless Grace is a cutting-edge brain fitness program. This class promotes the "Three R's" of lifelong comfort and ease- the ability to respond, react, and recover. The ageless Grace tools include right and left-brain activities. The 21 tool are easy to remember and simple to do at home. The members are designed to be performed seated in a chair and to music! Almost anyone can do them regardless of most physical conditions. No equipment necessary- come as you are and have fun.

Indoor Walking Track

The track circles the upper level of the indoor ice arena and is 1/7 mile around. Rubber flooring provides a safe walking surface. The indoor walking track is open daily during arena hours & closed during paid admission events and special events.
