Want to move, but your home isn’t worth selling? The Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority (RHRA) Housing Replacement Program may help.
The RHRA strives to bring new investment and improvements to neighborhoods in Roseville. To do this they can purchase dilapidated homes, raze them and then resell the land to a qualified buyer to build a home that meets design and site criteria. The Housing Replacement Program was established to help the City of Roseville purchase outdated or non-code compliant structures that would not be economical to rehabilitate or sell on the open market.
To see if your home qualifies for this program, contact RHRA Executive Director Jeanne Kelsey at 651-792-7086 or jeanne.kelsey@cityofroseville.com.
