Kids, looking for a creative way to spend your October school break? Sign up for Roseville’s Backyard Builders Camp, especially for kids in grades 1 to 6.
Use your building skills to help out some of the critters in your back yard. Build a bird feeder and a bee house. Then for more fun, use feathers to create unique shapes and use beeswax to make a candle.
MEA Camp is October 15 and 16. The excitement begins at 8:00 a.m. at Harriet Alexander Nature Center, 2520 Dale St. N. with pick up between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m.
Cost is $78. Snacks will be provided. Bring your lunch and water bottle. Dress for the weather – rain jacket, boots, indoor shoes, and insect repellent.
