Get your hands dirty and volunteer. Roseville Parks and Recreation is looking for some green and not-so-green thumbs to join its volunteer Gardening Team.
Roseville relies on volunteers to help keep city parks in tiptop shape. Each year, individuals, businesses and community groups help through the Adopt-a-Park program, the Arboretum Green Team and the Blooming Boulevards program.
These volunteers plant, weed, water and so much more in the parks, along boulevards and at the Muriel Sahlin Arboretum, making a visual difference in our community.
If you love plants, appreciate the beauty of our parks, or just want to spend some time outdoors with a group of fun volunteers, contact Volunteer Coordinator Kelly O’Brien at 651-792-7028 or email@example.com.
We’re putting teams together for the 2016 season, so please call today. Whether you can volunteer a few hours or want to work every day, have a group you’d like to volunteer with, or want to be matched with an existing team, we’ll help find the right park project for you.
