Make an impact on Roseville parks and natural resources. On February 18, we‘re looking for volunteers to help to drag and stack pre-cut buckthorn at Howard Johnson Park.
Each month, Roseville hosts a volunteer opportunity at one of the local parks as part of the natural resources renewal project. It includes an educational component and status update of the overall natural resource restoration efforts.
Groups, individuals, and families are encouraged to participate. People of all ages are welcome and will have a role to play. Please contact Volunteer Coordinator Kelly O’Brien at kelly.obrien@cityofroseville.com or 651-792-7028 for information about joining these community-building events. Thanks for your help creating lasting environmental impacts in our parks.
This is part of a three-year natural resources renewal project. It includes prairie/savanna, wetland, and shoreline restoration and management. Volunteer opportunities include an educational component and status update of the overall project.
