When you need medical care, who will speak for you if you are not able? Find out how to make sure your medical care choices are honored on Saturday, April 22 at the Ramsey County Library in Roseville.
Roseville’s Community Health Awareness Team (CHAT) is hosting a free Advance Care Planning (ACP) discussion at the Library , 2180 Hamline Ave N., from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ACP is a process that helps you consider and record your choices for future health care decisions.
The event will include a panel discussion followed by small group discussions with ACP facilitators.
Volunteers from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law Wheels of Justice will be available after the discussion to answer questions about creating ACP documents.
