Motorists, please plan ahead for the evening of the Rose Parade. Certain roads along the parade route will be closed on Monday, June 26 beginning at 4:30 p.m.
Parade planners are encouraging motorists to take alternate routes to avoid congestion.
- No access to Woodhill Dr. between Hamline Ave. to Lexington Ave. begins at 4:00 p.m.
- Woodhill Dr. from Hamline Ave. to Civic Center Dr. will close at 4:30 p.m.
- County Road B2 from Hamline Ave. to Oxford St. will close at 4:30 p.m.
- County Road C from Hamline Ave. to Victoria St. will close at 5:00 p.m.
- Lexington Ave. from Woodhill Dr. to Grandview Ave. will close at 5:00 p.m.
Parade volunteers and Roseville Police will be along the route to direct traffic should an emergency arise.
The Rose Parade is one of the biggest in the Twin Cities. It begins at 6:15 p.m. on County Road B2 near Roseville Area High School and will end at approximately 9:00 p.m. at the Roseville Skating Center.
