Absentee voting for the 2018 primary will begin June 29. Roseville voters can vote by absentee ballot either in person at Ramsey County or through the mail.
Apply for an absentee ballot at rcelections.org or call 651-266-2171 and an application will be sent to you. If a voter wants to cast a ballot in person, they may do so at Ramsey County, 90 West Plato Blvd, St. Paul. A person may register to vote, complete an absentee ballot application, and vote all at the same time.
Hours for absentee balloting at Ramsey County
• June 29 - August 13, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday through Friday only)
• August 11, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• August 13, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Ramsey County residents may vote from August 7 to August 13 at any of the 11 early voting stations located throughout Ramsey County. A voting station is located at the Roseville branch of the Ramsey County Library, 2180 Hamline Ave North.
