Absentee voting for the 2018 primary will begin June 29. Roseville voters can vote by absentee ballot either in person at Ramsey County or through the mail.
Apply for an absentee ballot at rcelections.org or call 651-266-2171 and an application will be sent to you. If a voter wants to cast a ballot in person, they may do so at Ramsey County, 90 West Plato Blvd, St. Paul.
