Ramsey County voters may cast absentee ballot in person at Ramsey County, 90 West Plato Blvd, St. Paul or at Ramsey County Public Works Building, 1425 Paul Kirkwold Dr., Arden Hills. A citizen may register to vote, complete an absentee ballot application, and vote all at the same time.

Absentee voting is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Extended hours will be offered the final week before the election. Contact Ramsey County Elections at 651-266-2171 or visit rcelections.org for hours. Sample ballots are available at mnvotes.org.

Voters can also vote through the mail. Voters must complete an application to have a ballot sent to them. Apply for an absentee ballot at rcelections.org or call 651-266-2171 and an application will be sent to you.

Beginning October 30 through November 5, Ramsey County residents may vote in person at any of the early voting locations in Ramsey County. When voting early, the voter feeds the ballot into a voting machine. A voting station will be located at the Roseville branch of the Ramsey County Library, 2180 Hamline Ave. North.
