The shots will be available to anyone 3 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and a photo ID is required (driver’s license or employee badge acceptable).

Most health insurance is accepted. Bring your health insurance card. Please check with your insurer to make sure it is covered. If not covered by insurance, cost is $38. Checks or cash only (credit cards not accepted).
