There is a general election for Roseville Mayor, two City Council seats and several federal, state and judicial offices on November 6. Roseville residents, however, can vote early now through November 5.
2018 Roseville Candidate Information
Roseville residents can vote early at the Ramsey County Library in Roseville, 2180 Hamline Ave., or any other early voting station located throughout Ramsey County.
A person may register to vote, complete the ballot application, and vote all at the same time. Hours for early voting at the library are:
- October 30-November 2, noon to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, November 3, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Monday, November 5, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Hmong and Somali language translation will be available at the Ramsey County Elections Office, Arlington Hills Community Center and Martin Luther King Recreation Center.

Voters can also vote through the mail. Get an application at rcelections.org or call 651-266-2171 and an application will be sent to you. Allow at least one week to receive, complete and return the ballot before the November 6 election.
