Roseville residents can now find out when city snowplows will be heading out to clear city streets via Twitter. The city has launched the @RosevillePlows Twitter account, which will tweet prior beginning each city plow.
When two inches of snow has accumulated, parking is prohibited on city streets in Roseville. Vehicles parked on the street could be ticketed and towed.
For the past several years, residents and visitors could sign up to be notified via text or email alerts when snowplows were about to hit the streets. We’ve added Twitter to the mix for winter 2018-19 as an additional way to receive notifications about when the streets are going to be plowed and vehicles must be parked off the streets. Follow @RosevillePlows on Twitter and be alerted when Roseville’s snowplows begin to roll.
Residents who do not have a Twitter account, or don't want to sign up for Twitter, may continue to sign up for notifications through the city's text/email alert system. To do so, visit www.cityofroseville.com/receiveupdates and click the Alert – Snowplows link.
