The parking lot at Roseville City Hall is receiving a facelift. In addition to new asphalt, the project includes a complete overhaul of the water and sewer services as well as the parking lot’s stormwater system.
The parking lot will be upgraded to meet Americans with Disability Act (ADA) requirements, including new sidewalks and islands. The main entrance will be realigned to provide improved flow of vehicles.
The US Post Office and the city’s utility bill boxes will be relocated next to city hall. They will temporarily be unavailable for drop offs from vehicles. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The project will begin Wednesday, July 31 and is expected to run through early October. During construction, city staff will park offsite; however, 20 spots will remain available for residents and those attending meetings at City Hall.
