Nature’s Playthings Camp
October 17-18
Harriet Alexander Nature Center
Spin, fly, balance, roll and explore nature’s toys and natural forces. Spend the morning designing and building toys using the forces of nature. In the afternoon, hike the nature center trails and swim at a nearby community center. Snacks will be provided. Bring a lunch, water bottle and swimwear, and dress for the weather.
Fun-tastic Friday Field Trip
October 18
Autumn Grove Park Building
Spend the morning hiking Minnehaha Regional Park trails then head over to Base Camp where kids will explore trust, problem-solving and personal challenges through rock climbing, archery and guided reflection. Bring a lunch and water bottle and wear closed-toed shoes with socks.
Magical, Mystical Unicorns

Oasis Park Building
Make unicorns that dazzle, sparkle and shine as kids explore an array of art materials and techniques. Draw, sculpt and learn the recipe for making glittery slime. Bring a snack and drink.
Simply Silly Stuff

Oasis Park Building
Get silly and create messy monsters made of mush, 3D goldfish and pop-up art. Learn artistic techniques that you never thought possible. Bring a snack and drink.
