Join the Roseville Fire Department at the Ramsey County Library in Roseville on Monday, October 28 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. for and important, free safety presentation for older adults.
“Remembering When” uses trivia, humor and nostalgia to teach older adults ways to protect themselves from fires and falls. The focus of the presentation is on fun, but the safety messages are serious.
By the age 65, adults are twice as likely to be killed or injured by fires compared to the population at large. By age 75, that risk increases to three times and to four times by age 85. Roseville Fire wants to lower that risk.
The class is open to older adults, family members and caregivers. Registration is not necessary and participants will have plenty of time for questions and conversation.
Call 651-792-7009 if you have questions.
