Hygge is a Danish term for a quality of coziness and comfortable friendliness that brings a feeling of contentment.

Let’s Hygge will feature outdoor activities including snowshoeing and kick-sledding and building an outdoor snow shelter. Indoor fun will include S’mores, hot chocolate and storytelling around the fire.

Artist and author of Minnealphabet picture book Meg Erke will lead a watercolor painting activity. Christopher Straub, fashion designer, author, artist and Project Runway contestant, will read stories from his children’s books and sell his line of stuffed animals.
