An environmental assessment of a proposed expansion of Rosedale Center located at 1595 Minnesota Highway 36 in Roseville has been completed and is available for public comment through April 9, 2020.
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), owner and operator of Rosedale Center, is proposing to expand the popular mall by adding 350 market rate residential units, 215 active adult housing units, two hotels with up to 340 hotel rooms, 90,000 square feet of office space, and 200,000 square feet of retail space.
The Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) can be reviewed online at www.cityofroseville.com/RosedaleEAW.
Please direct comments regarding the EAW to Roseville City Planner Thomas Paschke at Thomas.Paschke@cityofroseville.com. Comments should address the accuracy and completeness of information, potential impacts that warrant further investigation, and any need for an Environmental Impact Statement.
The EAW was completed by consultant Kimley-Horn on behalf of the City of Roseville as required by the Minnesota Environmental Review Program.
