The City of Roseville has enacted a business continuity plan to ensure that essential city services continue to be available to residents.
Following guidance from state health officials, Roseville has closed all facilities to public access from Monday, March 16, to Monday, March 30, to limit the potential for community transmission of COVID-19.
The city asks for the public’s patience and understanding of this action. Essential city services will continue without interruption. City employees will be available by telephone and email during the facility closure.
To maintain the city’s continuity of business, we ask residents to refer to the following information:
Vehicle and Driver’s License Services
To renew vehicle tabs, driver’s licenses or identification cards without coming to the Roseville License Center, visit dps.mn.gov for online and mail application options and a list of open Deputy Registrar Offices.
Customers may renew tabs by mail or by placing in the secure drop box in the parking lot outside of City Hall:

All Parks and Recreation facilities are closed and activities and programs have been canceled through Monday, March 30. Refunds will be processed if a program or event cannot be rescheduled. Once the city determines when programs will resume, program supervisors will be in contact with details on program’s status and/or refund status.
