Customers may either mail or drop off all paperwork and payments. Mail and drop off at Roseville City Hall can be done anytime. Forms can also be dropped at the drop box in front of the License Center, but only from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Before dropping off paperwork, please follow the checklist:

• Write insurance information on the renewal notice for vehicle tabs.
• Have all forms filled out completely (duplicate title or plate applications can be found at drive.mn.gov under the Forms/Documents/Manuals tab). 
• Include contact name, address and telephone number(s) in case staff has follow up questions. 
• If enclosing a check, make it out to the City of Roseville and write your telephone number and driver’s license number on the check.
• If enclosing cash for drop off options only, please have exact change. 
• Sorry, credit card payments are not be accepted at this time.
• Review all information to be sure it is correct. The License Center is not responsible if the information provided is incorrect.

License Center staff will process renewals within 24 hours of receipt and mail them to your home. The License Center cannot process tab renewals if information is missing or incorrect. Paperwork will be returned.
