If you are unable to make it to your polling location to vote in the August 11 primary, but want to vote in person, Ramsey County residents can vote early at any of the three early voting locations.
When voting early, the voter feeds the ballot through the ballot counter.

Voters can also vote absentee through the mail. Call the number above or visit the website to request an application be sent to you. Allow at least one week to receive, complete and return the ballot before the August 11 primary. Completed absentee ballots must be received by August 11.
