Roseville residents, protect yourself from identity theft with a free solution from the City of Roseville. Roseville is working with Shred-N-Go, Inc. to offer free document shredding for residents.
To help protect against COVID-19, residents are asked to place documents in their trunk and to stay in their vehicle. Crews will unload the paper into a secured cart. Documents will be shredded on site and recycled. Residents are asked to wear facemasks while talking with staff and when the documents are being unloaded.
AARP recommends shredding any document that includes:
- Social Security number
- Birth date
- Credit card numbers
- Credit card offers
- Credit card receipts
- Bank statements
- Deposit slips
- Account numbers
- Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- Passwords
Contact Roseville Public Works at publicworks@cityofroseville.com or 651-792-7004 if you have questions.
