Washington County Public Works, in partnership with Ramsey County, Hennepin County, MnDOT and the Met Council, is leading a transit feasibility study of Highway 36 and is interested in hearing from Roseville residents.
The study will last approximately one year. Throughout the survey period, residents and businesses of communities along the corridor will have a chance to help establish a common vision and develop priorities for the highway’s future, and identify the necessary steps for implementation.
The goals of the study are to analyze existing and emerging needs for east-west transit service between Stillwater and downtown Minneapolis, identify opportunities to develop or enhance transit service, and improve connections to the regional transit system.
