Parks and Recreation Update

With the release of new MDH COVID-19 guidance, the upcoming expiration of portions of Executive Order 20-103 and a reduction in the local and statewide case count, several Parks and Recreation changes are anticipated.

Many recreational programs resumed January 4. Other programs that require competition are anticipated to resume on Thursday, January 14.

In compliance with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) guidance, masks will be required for all indoor activities unless specifically exempted. Visit for additional information. Registration for many Winter/Spring programs began on January 5.

  • The Roseville Skating Center Ice Arena reopened for activities that comply with MDH COVID-19 Guidance for Youth and Adult Athletics on January 4
  • Facility rentals and social gatherings remain paused at this time.

In addition to these options, many great independent activities are currently being offered.

The City of Roseville continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will update programs and services as needed. For additional Parks and Recreation facility or programming information, please contact Roseville Parks and Recreation at 651-792-7006 or
