Roseville does not declare snow emergencies; instead, crews plow streets as soon as two or more inches of continuous snow has accumulated. Depending on the amount of snowfall, the City may need to complete more than one pass to clear the street so DO NOT park on the streets until the snow has ended and your street has been plowed "curb-to-curb."
