Finance Commission – one vacancy
The Finance Commission focuses on the budget process, financial policies, recommendations on funding strategies for the capital improvement plan and budget goals and objectives in such areas as local tax rate and spending targets. The commission meets the second Tuesday of the month.
Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission – one vacancy
The HRIEC encourages participation in the affairs of the city and advises the Council on programs and efforts that could improve civic engagement and community relations, and human rights. It advises the City Council regarding the effective and meaningful involvement of Roseville residents in local government, and proposes activities to increase understanding, engagement and inclusion. It meets the third Wednesday of most months.
Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission – one vacancy
The Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission advises the Council and maintains an interest in and understand of the Roseville Public Works Department and in federal, state, county, regional, and other services that impact the city's public works function. The commission meets on the 4th Tuesday of the month.

Youth Commissioners
Youth who reside in the City of Roseville and are high school students age 18 years or younger may apply to serve on one of the city's advisory commissions. Youth have the option to serve either as voting or non-voting member. Their terms are one-year in length and run September 1 - August 31. Application deadline for youth applicants is September 27.
