Roseville City crews have been working extra hours, removing trees and brush from city streets and property, and they have begun picking up trees and brush from in front of residents’ homes.

Only trees and brush are being picked up. Any other debris, including lumber, will be left at the curb. Please be careful that the debris remains at the curb and does not get in the street. There is no size limit to the trees. Homeowners are responsible to get trees to the curb. City staff will not go onto private property to collect any tree or brush that is not at the curb.

If your property abuts a pathway, please place the trees or brush so that it does not get into the street, but being mindful that you do not block the pathway.

The City will make a final sweep through neighborhoods beginning July 8. If you want the City to take trees or brush from in front of your home, it must be at the curb by July 8. City crews will make one final pass through each neighborhood, and the homeowner will be responsible to dispose of trees or brush that is placed at the curb after July 8.

If you are having a contractor help cut down a tree or trim branches, we encourage you to have the contractor haul the trees away; this will help lessen city costs.

Roseville residents can take trees, brush and yard waste to any of the Ramsey County Yard Waste sites .

Drop off sites are usually closed Tuesdays and Thursdays, but they will be open on Tuesday, June 25, and Thursday, June 27, from noon to 7:00 pm to give residents extra days to dispose of waste caused by the storm.
