The City of Roseville is seeking applications for a youth commissioner to the Human Rights Commission. Deadline for applying is Friday, May 23.
The HRC provides a way for citizen input concerning human rights issues and promotes a positive human rights climate in the community. Youth commissioners play a critical role in efforts to reach area youth. They serve as ex officio members.
The commission meets the third Wednesday of most months at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are at City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. Youth commissioners serve a one-year term and may be eligible to serve a second term. Applications available at www.cityofroseville.com/commapp or call 651-792-7023.
