Roseville City Manager Patrick Trudgeon announced today that Jeanne Kelsey has been appointed as the City’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Executive Director.
Kelsey, who is in her seventh year with the City of Roseville, has been serving in an interim capacity as the HRA’s Acting Executive Director since May of 2013.
“Jeanne has done an outstanding job since joining the City and her work on an interim basis as the Acting Executive Director of the HRA over the past year has been exemplary,” Trudgeon said. “Her experience in real estate and housing development will continue to be a great asset to the HRA as we become more involved in redevelopment and economic development projects.”
A resident of Roseville, Kelsey joined the City as the Housing Program Manager in March of 2008. More recently, Kelsey has spearheaded Roseville’s Business Retention and Expansion (BR&E) program, the City’s Living Smarter Fair and LivingSmarter.org website, as well as the redevelopment of the Dale Street Fire Station property.
