Dishwasher that doesn’t work, leftover lumber from a home repair project or junk that has been accumulating for much too long. The City of Roseville will help you lighten the load during the annual Clean Up Day on Saturday, April 25.
Load up your unwanted junk and head over to the Dale Street Soccer Fields parking lot, 2555 Dale St. Crews will be there from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to help residents dispose of unwanted household items.
If you have a load of junk and another item on the list such as a TV, you will be charged for both items. TVs and other items specifically mentioned require special handling. If you have only a named item, such as a TV, you will only be charged for the named item.
The Clean Up Day is a once-a-year event, but you may need to dispose of stuff the rest of the year. If it’s in good shape you can give it to friends, relatives or a charity such as Bridging or Goodwill. Call 651-633-3279 for details. If you have new, surplus or like-new building materials, bring them to the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity ReStore at 510 County Road D West, New Brighton, MN 55112.
