Kids, taste foods from around the world. Join us on five Fridays this summer for a cooking extravaganza. Young chefs will get a chance to try tasty recipes and explore Italian, Mexican, Greek, Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines.
Make and eat appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts, everything from guacamole to Cannoli. Between recipes, learn and play games from each of the world regions. Classes meet on alternating Fridays, June 19, July 3, 17, 31, and August 14.
Skilled instructors will lead entertaining activities especially designed for kids ages 8 to 12.
Classes meet 9:00 a.m. until noon at the FORParks Shelter in Central Park, at 2555 Dale St. North. Fee is $97 or $87 for Roseville residents. Price includes materials and a recipe book so kids can try out the new dishes at home. Register online or call 651-792-7110 for more information.
