Rice & Larpenteur Advisory Group

Community Advisory Group

The cities of Roseville, Maplewood, and Saint Paul are collaborating with Ramsey County on ways to revitalize the Rice Street and Larpenteur Avenue corridors. To assist in this effort, the cities are forming a Community Advisory Group. The Community Advisory Group will assist in the visioning of the Rice Street/Larpenteur Avenue Gateway Planning Area and provide community input to help shape the development plan for the project. Read more

New Commission Members

Congratulations to eight Roseville residents. The Roseville City Council appointed them to several commissions at its March 13 meeting. Commission members are volunteers and serve as advisors to the City Council. The new appointees will serve on the Finance, Human Rights, Parks and Recreation, Planning, Police Civil Service, and Public Works Commissions. The new commission members will begin their appointments in April. Read more

Medication Therapy Management

Managing multiple medical issues and medications efficiently can be challenging. To help those that take medicine better understand their options, Roseville’s Community Health Awareness Team (CHAT) is hosting a free event on Saturday, March 25 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Roseville Library that will discuss the fast-emerging healthcare trend of Medication Therapy Management (MTM). MTM is a comprehensive review of a patient’s medication profile that can lead to more efficient means of care. Read more

Elephant Conservation Program

Join the City of Roseville to hear Donatus Gadiye, Senior Elephant Researcher at Tanzania’s Ngorongoro Crater, speak about elephant conservation and research in Africa on Friday, March 31. Gadiye is the Coordinator for monitoring Elephants within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA). His talk and slideshow presentation will be held at Harriet Alexander Nature Center, 2520 North Dale St. from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.

Bonus Renewal Event

Bonus Natural Resources Event

As part of Roseville's Natural Resources Renewal efforts to improve city parks the City is seeking volunteers for a special project at Reservoir Woods on Saturday, April 1 from 10 a.m. to noon. This project is a bonus effort in addition to the City's usual third Saturday of the month Natural Resources Renewal volunteer projects. For this project, designated tree trimmers will need volunteers to help drag and stack cut branches and to serve as spotters on the trails. Read more
