My neighbor has an old car in his back yard that doesn't run and is an eyesore. Is this allowed?
All vehicles must be licensed, in operable condition and be parked on an improved driveway surface. Cars or trucks stored on the grass would be in violation of City Code. Vehicles in any condition would be allowed if parked inside a garage out of public view.
