In addition to voting at the polling place on election day, voters can vote early, either through the mail or in person.

Voting through the mail

Complete an application at rcelections.org and a ballot will be mailed to you, or call 651-266-2171 to request an application. Once you complete the application and mail it to Ramsey County, a ballot will be mailed to you.

Absentee/early voting at Ramsey County Elections Office and the Ramsey County Public Works Building in Arden Hills begins 45 days before the election
