4. Proposed Amendment to City Code Allowing Real Estate Open House Signs
   The City of Roseville is considering amending Chapter 1010 (“Sign Regulations”) of the City Code to allow Open House Real Estate signs in Section 1010.09, subsection 7 of City Code.
   
   Currently, there is no mention of Real Estate Open House signs in City Code making them prohibited. The City Council is proposing to allow Open House Real Estate signs, subject to time and distance constraints.
   
   We would appreciate your questions, comments or concerns on the proposed language allowing open house signs in the City of Roseville.
